Damon Zick – Saxophone/Clarinet - Jazz

Mr. Zick received a Masters in Fine Arts, Jazz Winds, from the California Institute of the Arts, where he was an Ahmanson Scholar. His Bachelor of Music was earned at the Eastman School of Music. Mr. Zick's extensive experience as an instructor includes teaching fifth and sixth grade instrumental music in the Sulphur Springs School District and the Newhall School District. He has served as a section coach at the Oxford Band Camp, the Kansas State Lions High School Band Camp, and for the Woodlands School District, among others.
 
Mr. Zick's career has included performances with Opera Nova, the New World Symphony, the Spoleto USA Opera Festival, Florida Wind Symphony, the Eastman Wind Ensemble, the Eastman Jazz Ensemble, and the Aspen Jazz Ensemble.
