COMPREHENSIVE CURRICULUM

The Conservatory has developed a plan for a comprehensive curriculum. The curriculum begins with programs for infants, when the foundation for listening and learning is established and extends through the school years to programs for life-long learners seeking to enrich their enjoyment of music.

Students are required to enroll for the entire school year which is divided into three 12-week quarters, Fall, Winter and Spring. Music History enrollment is on a quarterly basis. The Conservatory also offers a flexible program during the summer.

The programs of the Conservatory are organized into nine departments. Each department has developed a curriculum that guides the development of specific music skills. Departmental pages may be accessed through the menu at the left.
